Un arrêt du 31 janvier 2018 de la Chambre Commerciale de la Cour de cassation, publié au Bulletin, aborde le sort de la propriété des brevets d’inventions de mission dans l’hypothèse où l’employeur n’est pas le déposant initial ou a disparu et qu’un tiers s’est porté acquéreur de ces éléments d’actifs incorporels.
